2. Payments

• All payments must be made as per the terms outlined in the invoice or service agreement.

• For recurring services (e.g., monthly retainers), payment is due in advance each billing cycle.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services until cleared.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely access to necessary assets (brand guidelines, footage, logins, etc.) for project execution.

• Delays in providing required information may affect delivery timelines.

4. Revisions & Deliverables

• Each project includes a fixed number of revisions (as agreed in the contract). Additional revisions may be billed separately.

• Final deliverables are provided in agreed formats. We are not responsible for platform-based changes (e.g., social media algorithm updates) that may affect performance.

5. Intellectual Property

• All raw files, project drafts, and concepts remain the property of Aredia Digital unless otherwise agreed.

• Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim our proprietary frameworks or strategies as their own.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us will be used solely for the execution of services and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun.

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 14 days in advance for retainer-based services.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as engagement numbers, sales, or revenue. Success depends on multiple factors beyond our control (e.g., algorithms, market conditions, audience behavior).

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
