Refund Policy
At Aredia Digital Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality social media, content creation, and digital strategy services. Due to the customized and service-based nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to both parties.
1. Services
Refunds are not provided once work has commenced, as our services involve time, effort, and creative execution.
For monthly retainers, if you choose to discontinue services, please provide at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
2. Deposits & Advance Payments
Any deposits or advance payments made for projects (such as video editing, social media retainers, or consulting) are non-refundable.
In case of project cancellation before work begins, we may refund part of the payment at our discretion after deducting administrative costs.
3. Digital Deliverables
Once digital deliverables (videos, graphics, strategies, or templates) have been shared, refunds will not be issued.
Revisions will be provided as per the agreement to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Client Responsibilities
Timely provision of content, assets, and feedback is required from the client to complete projects as scheduled.
Delays from the client’s side will not qualify for refunds or credits.
5. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases where we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, we will issue a partial or full refund depending on the stage of the project.
